DO YOU HAVE A STORE WHERE I CAN SHOP IN PERSON?:
YES! We opened Print & Press Shop & Studios (in partnership with local Canton business, Letterpress Jess) in May 2016!
Print & Press is located at 429 4th Street NW, Canton, Ohio 44702 - in the Downtown Canton Arts District!
You can also shop our products at one of our retail stockist locations!
WHAT ARE YOUR STORE HOURS?:
Print & Press Shop & Studios is open -
Thursday & Friday 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. *Except on holidays.
Plus - we extend our hours for special events, like Canton First Friday!
HOW DO YOUR ITEMS FIT?
We offer a wide range of styles and fits for women, men and children. Refer to our size chart and the specific sizing recommendations on each product.
ARE YOUR GARMENTS PRE-SHRUNK?
Not unless otherwise noted. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO CAREFULLY READ EACH PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. Our garments tend to shrink about a half-size when washed and dried at very high temperatures. We recommend that you follow the washing/drying instructions carefully to ensure long life of the garments.
Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low. No iron.
WHERE ARE YOUR T-SHIRTS, SWEATSHIRTS, AND TOPS MADE?
All of our apparel is printed or decorated BY HAND in Stark County, Ohio.
We are very proud that many of our garments are manufactured in the United States.
All of our apparel is sourced from American-owned companies. We are very careful about how we select apparel vendors. Apparel that is manufactured abroad must be created under the following standards:
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Our most common shipping service is Standard Ground Shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We also offer Priority 2-Day Express through the USPS. In some instances we may use Federal Express (FedEx) and/or United Parcel Service (UPS). International Shipping will be processed by the USPS.
HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders with standard shipping usually ship within 2-3 business days. Please note that promotional or sale items may take longer to process. Our fulfillment and shipping department is closed on weekends and major holidays.
IS YOUR SITE SECURE?
Yes. We are certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Your information is protected by a 128 bit SSL certificate.
WHAT IF MY ITEMS DON'T FIT?
We will gladly exchange items within 90 days of the original purchase or refund your purchase within 60 days of the original purchase, provided the item(s) are in new condition, with the tag. Please see our return policy on the checkout page for more information.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal Express Checkout.
IS THERE SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?
State law requires that we charge sales tax on all orders shipped in the state of Ohio.
I HAVE A GREAT IDEA FOR A SHIRT. HOW CAN I SUBMIT IT TO YOU?

This policy is intended to prevent misunderstandings when a Little Chicago Clothing Co. design may be similar to someone else's idea.
